A couple of weeks ago all of a sudden I was unable to withdraw money or btc from my Bitstamp wallet. I asked the helpdesk and they first asked for a selfie which I provided. Than they asked for a selfie with my id in HD which I also provided. Than they asked for a selfie with a credit card which I have never seen or used before. I responded several times that I do not own that specific credit card, but do own 2 other credit cards which I used for purchasing crypto.
Now they don’t respond anymore other than asking for the credit card again which I haven’t seen before.
Seems like the moment you would want to withdraw money your account is instantly blocked.
Logging in with passcode and 2FA was without any problem as always so that was not the issue.
Called Luxembourg, they couldn’t help me without the required credit card number, asked Twitter, same story. The online helpdesk doesn’t respond anymore. Anybody has a luminous idea? Ty
