Hello, is Bitstamp currently able to process SEPA EUR bank withdrawals for EEA residents?

I have been missing a large amount withdrawn via this channel for over a week. I was told by Bitstamp phone CS that a proof of payment would be emailed to me promptly but nothing happens, and there is also no reply to my support ticket regarding this issue.

I was wondering what the reason is for this lack of information – in a similar case, a rival exchange was able to give me feedback on my transactions within 30 mins. Is there a general problem here with EUR widhdrawals / customer service, or is it just my bad luck?
