SEPA Deposit form Bank Account NOT held under my name

Hello Bitstamp-Team,

I made a SEPA deposit to my personal Bitstamp account from a bank account NOT held in my name. It was a SEPA transfer from my DKB Lufthansa miles and more credit card. What will happen? Will you send my money back to the bank account the money comes from? What will be the message?

I already opened a Ticket (BIT-202228). I just want to “find” my money on my account, or back at the bank it comes from.
