    My Bitstamp id is four-digits + leading zero. But Mtgox. requires *”Please enter only six digits numbers, or four digits numbers and four lower case alphabeteic characters.” (Sic!).*

    … so I filled my username/ID with leading double zeroes and hope it will be fine. I also asked about this at Bitstamp support by opening the ticket. Some Gorana replied:

    >you should not use your Bitstamp credentials when signing up on the trustee’s website. You will require separate login credentials which you will receive from the trustee.

    SRSLY?!!!

    btw. that blogspot … step no. 2 is useless because that official announcement doesn’t contain any instructions. Gorana also send that blogspot article to me … wonderful!
