My kyc was verified since 2017, why do they freeze my funds, send the requested documents for hours and they do not answer, they have my savings as a result of labor and mining, if I wanted to dispose of them I cannot, that is called misappropriation They take too long to respond they create stress and chaos, if any of the currencies I have I want to change in a rise they take away my opportunity I have been waiting for the rise for 4 years
