Hi,

I made two deposits of 5K on February the 15th, from two separate bank accounts (one from my wife’s, other one from mine’s). Only one was credited on Bitstamp.

Bitstamp’s support tells me they have only received one deposit. I have checked with both banks, transfer information were good (IBAN, reference of Bitstamp account…).

First ticket was closed, I just created another one, but I don’t know what else to do…

    ## CAN I DEPOSIT FROM A BANK ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT HELD IN MY NAME?

    We only accept deposits coming from bank accounts that are registered under the same name as your Bitstamp account. If the names do not match exactly, the deposit processing time may be extended and we may require you to provide additional information.

    * Pay attention to the name of bank “sub accounts”.
    * If you’ve recently changed your name or surname, and your bank account information has been updated, but your Bitstamp account hasn’t, please update your name on your Bitstamp account. You can do that by contacting our team at [support@bitstamp.net](mailto:support@bitstamp.net).
