Hi all, any insight how the recent change in UK law will affect UK based brokers such as Bitstamp?

    I can’t speak for other exchanges or brokers, but the main change in Bitstamp’s case is that our Bitstamp Ltd. entity is now registered with the FCA for the purposes of AML/TF reporting and supervision.
