Unable to access my Bitstamp Account!!

I am unable to get into my Bitstamp account. I enter my username and password in correctly but it sends me to the two-factor verification page. Well I never set up two-factor verification for my account (I know dumb move) so now I am locked out. Prior to this I haven’t need led two-factor authentication to access my account.

My only option is to reset my two-factor authentication (which I started the process of doing) but it’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard anything.

This isn’t a verification issue it’s a “I can’t get into my account where I have funds in issue” so I’m losing patience quickly. Has anyone run into this problem or has an idea on how I can expedite my ticket?
