Unable to withdraw my Funds for 3 months
I’ve been trying to withdraw funds from Bitstamp for 3 months. The system blocked access to withdraw. I’ve reached out to over 6 representatives who have told me they’d help resolve the issue. The last rep suggested I delete my Authenticator app and reinstall, change my email and password. This had made it very difficult to gain access to my account. I’ve asked for supervisor support multiple times to no avail. I’ve had 4 support tickets opened, but still no resolution.
All I’m getting is the run around. No support, no attempt on anyone’s part to escalate the matter.
Bitstamp has taken my funds hostage. I’m furious and disgusted.

Just deposited and its all locked u have to express this to ppl before they deposit not after. How is this app not shut down looks legit but no its a scam. Very illegal
Upvote , This is actually going to help a lot, we should be careful because, Most recovery companies will take your money again. I personally think they are the same set of people that run all of them, seems like an unending cycle and its too sad. The most crazy thing about the whole internet thing is how you can clone a website to make it look like the real one, I discovered so marry people fell into this kind of scams. The only recovery company team I know that works is Metrodynamicfix on IG I have been to their physical address to meet them before and the good thing about them is that they will let you know if they can handle your case or not.
