unblock account (after password change , it didn’t work anymore and got locked out)
got asked to change password, i did, but next login attempts seemed not to work and ended up getting locked out of my account. Sent the picture required about 16 hours ago but not sure if quality good enough, so i resent about half hour ago to the support email a new picture with fully readable Passport info…how long does it usually take to get an account unblocked? anyone here can help? I received a FIAT deposit yesterday and I’d like to trade those bad boys 🙂 Many thanks
Bitstamp does not respond… this happened to me last week, exactly as it happened to you. Still no reply. I called the phone number and it says unavailable.
