Hello, fellow Redditors,

I hope you’re all doing well. I find myself in a frustrating situation with Bitstamp, and I’m reaching out to the community for advice and perhaps some insight into similar experiences.

Back in October, I initiated a withdrawal from Bitstamp to my bank account. Initially, everything seemed fine as it was marked as “approved” the next day. However, the money never arrived in my bank account, leading me to contact my bank to rule out any issues on their end. They confirmed that the problem was not on their side.

Concerned and baffled, I decided to submit a ticket to Bitstamp. It struck me as odd that I had to be the one reaching out, as one would assume that if there were any issues, Bitstamp should be proactive in addressing them.

After a painstaking month and numerous phone calls, each ending with the assurance that my case was being given “higher priority,” I finally received a response from Bitstamp. To my dismay, they requested KYC (Know Your Customer) information, including details about the source of funds, etc. This came only after 10 phone calls, mind you.

Despite promptly submitting all the requested documents, it’s been another month of deafening silence from Bitstamp. My frustration has only grown, exacerbated by the repetitive response from their customer service team, assuring me that my case is a top priority.

I’m turning to the Reddit community for help and advice. Has anyone else faced a similar issue with Bitstamp? How did you resolve it? I’ve successfully made withdrawals in the past without any hiccups, so this sudden roadblock has left me bewildered.

Your insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
