Washington residents?

Just curious, Washington has not allowed a good number of exchanges so just checking if Washington residents are allowed to purchase and trade on your exchange. Thanks for any info. It would be nice to have a one stop shop, instead of the dumb dance of purchasing on coinbase and transfering ether/Bitcoin to Binance to trade for other coins.
