Wire transfer: TICKET #BIT-1855175

Hi,

I recently wired a large sum of money from my personal bank account to my bitstamp account as ACH deposits are capped at a $3000 weekly max.

I was contacted by Sandra R from Bitstamp support stating that this is showing as a joint account on their end. This is not the case and I’m wondering how they came to this conclusion. I do have the transaction ID number of the wire transfer if needed.

As this was a large sum of money I would greatly appreciate someone responding back to me as quickly as possible.
