I am extremely disappointed with Bitstamp’s support. Initially, I thought it was an isolated case, but comments from other users show the same experience.
My ticket is BIT-1945238.
For over a month, you have not:
– Investigated why payments from Bitstamp are not being received.
– Sent the SWIFT document for the transactions.
– Refunded more than 150 euros for additional charges during a failed transfer.
I request that this ticket be escalated to management, as I have asked several times before.
I hope for understanding and a constructive resolution to this issue.
