Hi there, we have been using Bitstamp corporate account for over 2 years now and have been satisfied with your service so far. Earlier yesterday the withdrawals on our account were blocked without prior notification due to KYC which we already sent to you.
We sent all the documents needed yesterday morning just to make sure everything is in place and we didn’t miss out any KYC that you required, however we still didn’t receive a reply and withdrawals remain blocked. This is affecting our business internally on a higher scale, its first of the month and we need to issue payments to our partners and pay salaries. We like using Bitstamp but we need resolution of the issue to be pushed and resolved today as its affecting our business.
Escalate the urgency and push your support to re-instate account use so we can continue operating.
