Hi there,

I have registered on Bitstamp and intend to invest an important amount of money. I have deposited a part of it and wanted to test withdrawals.

I just found out ANY withdrawal is blocked for me at the moment. My account is verified and I provided all KYC information required.

I opened a ticket but I need this to be resolved quick or unfortunately I will have to choose another platform. I need to be able to trade quickly.

Can someone from staff please help me?

    You are not the only one who’s having this problem. There’s something fishy going on with this exchange. I would advise everyone to stay away until they resolve their outstanding issues.
